Can I Return the Product ?In the unlikely event you receive a damaged, defective or different/wrong product, we will provide a free replacement as soon as applicable. To claim a refund/replacement, please read ' Replacement Procedure' below. Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we do not accept any returns for our products. All our products are non-returnable.

What is Returnable?You can return your items within 10 days of delivery only. We do not accept returns for all our products. For damaged/defective/wrong product - Products must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not returnable. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not returnable.

Replacement ProcedureWe request you to inspect your order upon reception . In case of any defect, damage or wrong product , contact us immediately, so we may help you. When & How will I receive my Refund/Replacement?Once your replacement request is received, we will inspect it. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect before issuing a replacement/refund. We shall thereafter notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If approved, in most cases we shall send you a replacement as soon as possible. In some case we may issue and process a refund. Refund will be made to the original method of payment, within 4-5 working days of approval.
